Submitting an enquiry or requesting a quotation does not create a binding order or contract.

2. Quotations and Custom Projects

Quotations, custom manufacturing, special orders, project work, installation, maintenance, and other individually agreed services are governed by the specific quotation, contract, invoice, or written agreement issued by Saif Al Jazira.

The price, payment schedule, advance payment, specifications, delivery period, installation, warranty, cancellation, and other conditions for such work are determined separately for each project.

If there is any difference between these website terms and a written agreement issued for a specific project, the specific written agreement will apply.

3. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to present products, descriptions, dimensions, materials, colours, finishes, and images accurately.

Actual colours and details may vary slightly because of screen settings, photography, lighting, natural materials, glass production, metal finishing, and handcrafted workmanship. Reasonable variations of this nature are not considered defects.

Product availability, specifications, and prices may change without prior notice. Images displayed in projects, catalogues, or inspirational sections may be illustrative and may not represent products available for immediate purchase.

4. Direct Website Orders

For products available for direct purchase:

• An order is subject to availability and confirmation by Saif Al Jazira.
• Available payment methods may include cash on delivery or bank transfer.
• Bank-transfer orders may remain pending until the payment is received and verified.
• Cash on delivery may not be available for every product, value, or delivery location.
• Applicable taxes, delivery charges, and other costs will be communicated before the order is confirmed.
• Saif Al Jazira may contact the customer to verify the order, address, availability, or delivery arrangements.

We may reject or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, information is incorrect, a pricing or technical error has occurred, payment cannot be verified, or the order cannot reasonably be fulfilled. Any amount already received for a cancelled direct order will be returned using an appropriate payment method.

5. Delivery

Delivery availability, cost, and estimated time depend on the product, quantity, location, accessibility, and any special handling requirements.

The customer is responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information and for ensuring reasonable access to the delivery location.

Delivery dates are estimates unless confirmed otherwise in writing. Delays may occur because of availability, transportation, location, customer instructions, circumstances beyond reasonable control, or other operational factors.

Installation is not automatically included with delivery unless expressly confirmed by Saif Al Jazira.

6. Returns and Cancellations

For standard products purchased directly through the website, the customer may request cancellation or return in accordance with applicable Saudi law.

A return may be accepted within seven days of receiving the product where the product:

• Has not been used, installed, damaged, or altered.
• Remains in its original condition.
• Includes its original packaging, accessories, parts, and purchase documentation.
• Is eligible for return under applicable law.

The customer may be responsible for return transportation costs where the return is based on a change of mind and the product is not defective or incorrectly supplied.

Products manufactured, imported, modified, or prepared according to the customer’s request or specifications are not eligible for cancellation or return after work has commenced, except where the product is defective or does not conform to the agreed specifications.

Products that have been installed, used, damaged after delivery, or returned incomplete may not be eligible for a change-of-mind return, without affecting any rights available under applicable law for defective or non-conforming products.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

The customer should inspect the product upon delivery and contact us promptly if it is damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from the confirmed order.

We may request photographs, purchase information, or an inspection of the product to evaluate the request.

Where a claim is accepted, Saif Al Jazira will provide the appropriate repair, replacement, return, or refund in accordance with the product’s condition, the applicable warranty, and Saudi law.

Damage resulting from misuse, incorrect installation by an unauthorized party, accidents, unsuitable electrical supply, unauthorized modification, neglect, or failure to follow care instructions is not considered a manufacturing defect.

8. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed after the returned product has been received and inspected.

Refunds for payments made by bank transfer or cash on delivery may be issued by bank transfer to an account provided by the customer. Delivery, installation, or other completed service charges may be excluded from a change-of-mind refund where permitted by law.

Processing times may vary depending on verification, inspection, banking procedures, and the circumstances of the order.

9. Warranty and After-Sales Service

Any applicable warranty period and coverage will be stated with the product, invoice, quotation, manufacturer’s warranty, or separate written agreement.

Warranty coverage does not normally include consumable items, normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, unauthorized repairs or modifications, or damage caused by incorrect installation or unsuitable operating conditions, subject to applicable law.

Installation and maintenance services are provided only where separately requested and confirmed.
